18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a weekly feature that begins on Fridays and runs through the weekend, hosted by Crystal from Reading Between the Wines. This is a Friday blog hop with the objective to find and visit other book blogs that share the same interest as you, namely books geared towards the 18 & over crowd, and make some new friends!
Question of the Week:Do you read multiple books at a time or stick to one?
My Answer:
I generally read one book at a time. There have been times when I've had to stop reading something in the middle to jump into something else (like if a long awaited pre-order has arrived and the book I'm currently reading can't hold my interest), but those occasions are pretty rare.
How about you?

I'm the same way. I have one book that has been sitting on my shelf only a third of the way read. I started it but then something else came up and I wound up putting it down and I haven't picked it back up again. I am so bad at multitasking.

I generally am reading more than one book at a time (at the moment I've got 4 going - one print, one Kindle, one audio, and one computer read).

I do a bit of both depending on what I'm reading. When I'm into a book, especially with category romance, I don't read anything else until I'm done. For some longer reads, I take a break and read something else before going back to finish the book.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower. Have a great weekend.
I try not to have multiple reads going but sometimes it really is necessary. Especially if I am trying to get through a book I would rather die than read. Those I have to take breaks from.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving seeing everyone's answer to this question.

I love to read in several genres and I tend to start books in a few genres and pursue them at various paces depending on which one grabs my attention at the time or what mood I'm in.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, I stick to one book at a time too.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great weekend and thanks for participating!
