ICU nurse Savannah Patterson has no problem dating three men at the same time. She begins a whirlwind romance with her high school boyfriend Jimmie James, the preacher’s son, as well as respiratory therapist Noah Kirkland. When Dr. Ethan Drake comes into the mix, he brings the added excitement of BDSM play to their dynamic.

Noah and Jimmie both have had a thing for Savannah since grade school, but Savannah never dated anyone for more than a few weeks. Once Ethan comes into the picture, they have no problems sharing her with him. Ethan is only too happy to share her, as he’s had secret fantasies of doing just that for years.

Jimmie’s relationship with his father has never been a solid one. When Jimmie has a breakthrough and remembers the details surrounding his mother’s death seventeen years ago, he realizes his own father was involved. The four are now in more danger than they bargained for.

Kenna’s Thoughts

Oh God!  I loved this book!!  Tara Rose is a favorite of mine, and I make no secret about it.  Lately she’s expanded her repertoir to include a new series that I think is absolutely fantastic.  It’s called “Sin Hospital”, and it’s so cool! Growing up in a “hospital family” (both of my parents were nurses), I know all about what goes on behind the scenes, and it ain’t just taking care of patients.  Hehe!  This is why I was so excited when I heard about these new stories.  Tara just nails it.

“A Touch of Sin” is Tara’s first foray into MFMM.  That’s right…THREE men!  Oh, and they’re sexy men, too.  Jimmie is Savannah’s high school boyfriend, and they’ve reconnected.  Noah is a respiratory therapist at Sin Hospital where Savannah is a nurse, and Ethan is a doctor there.  Savannah isn’t really a commitment type of woman.  She lives every moment as it could be her last.  She is dating all three men and having a wonderful time.  While out to dinner with Ethan, the conversation turns to sex…kinky sex even.  He confesses that he’d love to watch her make love to another man, two if Noah and Jimmie were willling.  This excites Savannah to no end.  She’s so excited that she can’t even sleep that night, and she calls Jimmie to see what he thinks of the idea.  With this, the story really takes off.

A tentative relationship between the four is born.  The men have some jealousy issues, as to be expected, but they try very hard because they want to make this work.  Especially since Savannah is having such a wonderful time.  Not only is there the bit of jealousy, there are some mean and nasty people that they have to deal with.  I don’t want to give too much away, so I’m going to top there.  Believe me, though, these people fit perfectly into the story.  Surely, with a foursome, there are bound to be strong opinions, right?

Let me tell you about the chemistry (especially the sexual chemistry) between Savannah, Ethan, Jimmie, and Noah.  There is such an attraction between all of them.  The men aren’t involved with each other.  All of their energy is devoted to Savannah, and she just eats it up 🙂  They spoil her rotten, and Ethan introduces the other three to a bit of BDSM.  Nothing heavy, just a bit of flogging and paddling with a blindfold and some rope around her hands.  It’s very sexy, and it’s entirely clear throughout every scene that Savannah consents to, and enjoys, every bit of it.  The heat bumps up a notch with every sex scene.  My oh my, does it ever.  It’s not just hot, it’s HAWT!!

I was so into the story, I didn’t want it to end.  I became very attached to the four of them, and hope that in future installments of the series, they can be revisited.  There is lots of potential seeing as Sin, Tennesee has a burgeoning poly population.  “A Touch of Sin” could be read as a stand alone, but since there is mention of several events from the first book, “There’s A New Sin In Town”, I would recommend that it should be read first.  It’s also an awesome book, so you won’t regret it.  Tara Rose does not disappoint at all with this one.  I’m thrilled with it.

About Tara Rose

Tara Rose loves to write about small towns and the quirky people that inhabit them. You’ll find engaging characters, budding romance, intrigue and plenty of hot steamy ménage sex within the pages of her books. You never really know what goes on behind closed doors, but her books will take you there, and leave you panting for more.

When she isn’t writing, Tara spends time with her husband—her real-life hero. She loves to cook, collect antique pottery, and she will read just about anything. Tara also plays the cello, and loves decorating her house for Christmas.
