**MPREG ROMANCE**
After years in the military, Wulfgang Marrok has had enough. He wants nothing more than to settle down into quiet normalcy and live out his life. Unfortunately, the moment he meets his music history professor, normal and quiet disintegrate beneath a sudden metaphysical connection he didn’t think was possible. His mother is a werewolf, but he didn’t inherit her abilities … until now.
Silas River desperately needs a break from life as Bad Oak’s drummer, so he dons a disguise and heads to a sleepy little town to teach music. Of course, life always fouls up the beat: the moment his fated mate walks into his classroom, his dormant wolf side wakes up and demands attention.
For shifters, instinct trumps solitude. Werewolf politics and violent enemies trump peace. Can Silas and Wulfgang’s new bond survive murder and a loss so deep that Silas almost destroys himself trying to soothe the pain?

I love, love, LOVE the “Bad Oak Boys” series, and this third installment didn’t disappoint.  There’s something about two strong, gorgeous shifter men coming together that makes my heart pound.

The basic premise here is that all four members of an extremely popular band, the Bad Oak Boys, have shifter blood in them, but they weren’t aware of it.  One by one, though, that blood brings about a change in them, and they finally shift into their wolf forms.  Along with the shifting comes meeting their true/fated mates…all shifters themselves.  The attraction is immediate and intense.

These books aren’t very long, but Erin Leaf crams a lot of action, mystery, romance, and incredibly HOT sex into each one.  Here we have Silas, the Bad Oak Boys’ drummer.  He finds himself needing a break from the hectic pace of being in the band, so he goes to a small town and becomes a music professor at a small college.  In that class is Wulfgang.  He’s back from serving in the military, and all he wants is to settle down to a quiet life.  He didn’t think he had the ability to shift, but when he meets Silas, all bets are off.

I’m not going to give away the whole plot.  Suffice to say, since this is book three in the series, it adds to the ongoing story.  Silas is in near constant contact with his family (and fellow bandmates), two of whom have already shifted and taken mates of their own.  I like this very much.  Even with different MC’s and story lines, the book is like a piece in a puzzle.  Silas and Wulfgang are amazing together.  Their chemistry is explosive.

Their love for each other is as strong as their sexual attraction (YUM!).  It’s a fast paced story because, as I mentioned, the books are somewhatshort.  It doesn’t feel overwhelming, though.  I think the fast pace is necessary because there is a lot going on around Silas and Wulfgang, and it’s quickly coming to a head.

I suppose “Wulfgang” can be read as a stand alone, but I honestly don’t recommend that.  You should start at the beginning with “Rock Star Baby” and continue on to “Alpha Shaman”.  The characters do cross over, so reading the series in order will help you to see the whole picture.  Believe me, it’s worth it.
