In Reunion Pass, Ms. March reunites us with the friends we have met along the way in Eternity Springs. Not only do we get the opportunity to catch up with the families we have met in previously, in this visit we get to focus on two people we have watched mature in previous books.
Chase and Lori met as teens and had a romance that blossomed quietly until he was out of college and she was enrolled. They never broke up, but their romance fizzled. Several years down the road they have “moved” on and Chase is engaged to another woman when his world implodes.
Reunion Pass is a great second chance story, there is romance between Chase and Lori, but it’s really much more than that. For a lot of the story our main characters move independently of each other and Chase is really the focus of Eternity Springs’ healing efforts. I really enjoyed getting to come back and visit this sweet community. Watching Lori and Chase spending time together definitely gave me a case of the warm and fuzzies.
This is a great addition to the Eternity Spring series. It could be read as a stand-alone, but I wouldn’t recommend it. With this being the 11th book in the series, there are lots of characters and back stories that will make more sense if someone has read at least some of the previous books.
