Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!
Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.
Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.
But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?

This is a funny, sweet love story – just what we come to expect from a Jennifer Probst novel.

Caleb Pierce has always dreamed of running his family’s contracting business, his brothers have been gone for 6 years and it just him and his dad.  When his dad passes away his 2 brothers come home to find that their dad had made a stipulation in his will.  The 3 brothers need to work together and turn a profit or they will lose the business completely.  The bad blood between the brothers is causing tension and Caleb as the oldest is just trying to hold the business together.  When he meets Morgan a home designer to the stars and is manipulated to build a house for her clients he has no choice to take charge – he can’t risk losing everything he has worked so hard for.

Morgan has traveled the country building homes for the rich and famous when she lands in Caleb’s town needing to build a luxury home for the new Hollywood power couple.  Not afraid to get her hands dirty she makes herself right at home on the job site doing what needs to be done without hesitation.  Caleb notices her right away and vows to stay away but the longer she is in town the more he is able to break down who Morgan really is and now he needs to convince her to stay and not take the next job; all the while trying to save his family’s business.

I loved this story – both Caleb and Morgan are more than what you see on the surface and I love that.  The author does a great job taking away the layers and when they come together you understand where each character is coming from and why the show the world something that may be different; told in dual POV’s help with this narrative.  We as the readers also get to meet Caleb’s 2 brothers that each will get their own books and I can’t wait.  You also meet a few other characters that I think will have a direct impact on the Pierce family which will add to the next books.

If you are looking for a fun summer read this will be perfect!
