This was a solid start to what’s sure to be an amazing series. Who doesn’t love a redemption story especially if a little suspense is thrown in the mix. Lucas Carmichael is sent back to Earth in order to correct a wrong. Scott Anderson is hurt in the accident but he loses his sister as well as his friend. Tracy York is the medical examiner tasked with the autopsy. When she meets Scott sparks fly and they unknowingly become a killer’s target. This book has it all greed, murder, gambling and suspense.
