This is the fourth book in The Wicked Horse series and I have enjoyed reading each of the stories centering on the Silo, a sex club where anything goes. The Silo caters to the needs of people who like sex without restrictions.
Logan enjoys the Silo and fulfilling other people’s sexual fantasies. He lives a simple life and lives one day at a time, never thinking about his future or past. Once he meets Auralie, she stirs up many feeling he would rather forget, but he can not stopping thinking about her or wanting to be with her. Although Auralie is attracted to Logan, she is afraid to get involved with him.
This story is about two tormented souls who are forced to live a life that doesn’t make them happy and when they meet, they recognize a kindred spirit in each other. I liked Logan and Auralie and I also felt sorry for them. They are stuck in situations they are not happy with and want to make changes but are not sure how to go about doing that. I was rooting for them and I wanted them to be together. Logan and Auralie have great chemistry and there are a lot of steamy scenes in this book.
