“Be a good little assistant and go get me some coffee.”
Comments like this are why I hate my boss. Since taking over as CEO of Benson Industries, Cole Benson has been demeaning, arrogant, and infuriating.
For as much as I hate him, I can’t stop thinking about him. A captivating attraction passes between us each time his dark eyes meet mine. As the late nights and business trips add up, we are compelled to cross the line of our professional relationship.
But how can I call him my boyfriend when I already have a husband?

Conflicted is my first book I have read from Lisa Suzanne and I think the name is absolutely perfect.  It is the perfect title for a story that depicts a young who struggles with her feelings for 2 different men and how to handle them.  This book does show the struggle with cheating so it may not be everyone.

Lucy is an assistant ro the CEO of Benson Industries and when the CEO retires and his son steps into the role, his young hot son she thought that it would be an easy transition, thats at least until the first hour when his true colors shined through.  Lucy found Cole to be rude, arrogant, moody, sexy, and extremely hot; as Lucy`s feelings grow she is conflicted especially since she is married.  As Cole and Lucy spend more time together she begins to understand Cole and is shocked that he feels the same.  Now Lucy struggles with her feelings towards he husband and Cole will she ultimately choose herself?

Told completely from Lucy’s POV the writer does a good job showing Lucy`s struggles with her marriage and her feelings for Cole.  It does take a while for the story to get to the question of Lucy doing something for herself but when she does she goes big.  I did enjoy the story overall just didn’t love it.
