This was the Wright sibling book I was waiting for. I love a good big brother’s best friend love story and I knew Morgan and Patrick’s story was going to be worth the wait. And it was. It so was.
Patrick has always been around Morgan. She’s his best friend’s little sister and that was the only way he saw her…until now. I loved how when that blinder was finally pulled away the only thing he saw was Morgan. It didn’t matter what his best friends thought or his family…it was just Morgan.
Morgan had it a tad easier since everyone seemed to know about the huge crush she had on Patrick. I would have liked her to truly embrace having Patrick see her in a different light, but I could understand her not trusting his feelings having ignored her for so long.
I loved this story and was glad the two of them figured out how to move forward. I’m hoping we get one more Wright sibling story before we say goodbye to my favorite Texas family.

K.A. Linde is the USA Today bestselling author of more than fifteen novels including the Avoiding series and the Record series. She has a Masters degree in political science from the University of Georgia, was the head campaign worker for the 2012 presidential campaign at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and served as the head coach of the Duke University dance team. She loves reading fantasy novels, geeking out over Star Wars, binge-watching Supernatural, and dancing in her spare time.
