I got to meet the fabulous Helena Hunting this past weekend in Las Vegas at the LOVE N VEGAS signing event.  She graciously signed a copy of PUCKED for me so I could share one of my favorite books of 2015 with one of you.

I am a lover of alpha males with dirty mouths, strong heroines putting alpha males in their place, and the Chicago Blackhawks. I'm a proud hockey mom who can often be found at the hockey rink cheering on my favorite forward, with my kindle close by.

I have to say that it would be Mikhail Dubrinsky & Raven Whitney. Without them I would not be reading any books today. They both showed strength in the worst of times.

  2. My favorite book hero ever is Atticus Finch. He showed us that it is okay to stand up for what you believe in, no matter whether others agree with you, and to take the high road, even when it’s difficult.

I really like Laura Kaye’s ex-Special Forces heroes from her Hard Ink series. They’re strong, smart, loyal and have hearts of gold.

Military, cowboy and sports figures are my favorite heroes overall.

Hmm, going with the book that started my love for romance stories. Giana and Alex from Evening Star by Catherine Coulter.

I think my favorite hero/heroine would be Dragos and Pia from Thea Harrison’s Elder Races series. Dragos is sooo Alpha with everyone and he tries to get away with that with Pia but she just gives it right back to him.

  6. My favorite book heroine is Nora Sutherlin from the Original Sinners series by Tiffany Reisz. She is such a strong female and doesn’t let anyone push her around.
Hope you had lots of fun in Vegas!! x

Unfortunately, I frequently find myself rooting for the bad guy…not sure I ever fully connect with many traditional heros/heroines. I’ll have to think about this further.
