Guest Review: The Shop Girl and the Vampire – Ciar Cullen

Kitty a young woman left alone in the world after the death of her brother Patrick, with only her painting to give her comfort.

Phillip a vampire the has been on this earth for decades , feels quite alone and wishes for love.

Upon bumping in to each other street, it sets in motion a change in Kitty’s life. Loosing her handkerchief that belonged to her mother, Phillip found her place of work to return it to her. At the same getting her to sell him a couple of rings. After the exchange she looses her job.

Drawing his portrait from memory impressed her new employers. They set up an exhibit, were she meets Phillip again.

It was a very well written short story. I enjoyed the way to plot was written, very sweet and tad dramatic.
