Reviewer’s Thoughts:

Paulette loves working in her family owned bookshop, and preparing to open a second one. She has made no time for romance, or marriage much to the dismay of her younger sister.

Declan came to London to hopefully find a doctor to help his daughter Mara. Also trying to get away from the vicious rumors that he killed his wife.

Paulette and Declan meet when, Declan brings Mara to the bookshop that Paulette’s family owns. The attraction between the two is almost instant. The both feel very drawn to each other. Declan keeps visiting the shop sometimes with Mara and sometimes by himself. Paulette just knows that he did not kill his wife, and wont listen to the gossip of others and what the newspapers print about him. Paulette’s sister tries to worn her to stay away from that nothing good will come of it if Paulette becomes friends with Declan.

Paulette and Declan start a secret relationship. Afraid of what others might say, Paulette  is worried that her sisters would disapprove. I really enjoyed the family dynamic. Paulette and her sisters, and Declan and his daughter Mara. I loved how well Paulette and Mara took to each other, I found it very sweet.

Their attraction to each other gets stronger and stronger. The chemistry was amazing!! The sex scenes were steamy and sweet!

I really enjoyed To Tempt An Irish Rogue, I now want to read the rest of the series.

I give To Tempt An Irish Rogue five cocktails
