Ophelia Lambros thought her life was in order, until she lost her fiance and job all in one day.
She couldn’t return the honeymoon trip she'd been given so she takes the opportunity to find herself on the slopes of Wyoming on the back of a snowmobile.
Jagger Morris was perfectly happy running his repair shop in Shifter Falls, his home for years. As the Kodiak Bear Alpha, he has a lot on his plate. When a new pack asks to join them, Jagger’s hackles rise, but he doesn't know why.
When he meets his fated mate, Ophelia, she shares a piece of herself that confirms his suspicious nature was spot on. As a seer, she can see death coming their way. Can she make her new mate and his friends understand the risk before time runs out?

I enjoyed the hell out of this book.  It was short, light, funny, and very romantic.  It was the perfect way to spend a nice evening in my favorite chair, wrapped in my warmest blanket.

Here’s a quick rundown.  Ophelia was all set to begin her married life until a VERY unfortunate turn of events.  Deciding to not waste the honeymoon trip that had been planned, she finds herself enjoying some solitude in the snow in Wyoming.  When she meets Jagger, she’s thrown for a loop because the attraction is so immediate and intense.  They flirt and fall quickly, but that’s ok.  As I mentioned, it’s not a very long book, so it has to happen that way.  What follows is exciting, dangerous, and very sexy.  Ophelia and Jagger are fated mates, and they fit together beautifully.  I love how they needed each other so much and how they took care of each other.  Ohphilia is not your average damsel in distress heroine.  She holds her own.  I have to tell you what I REALLY loved.  Oftentimes, books labeled “reubenesque” wind up being about women who are curvy but petite.  If sizes are ever mentioned, they don’t tend to go above a 10.  April Zyon has made Ophelia a size 16, and that’s awesome.  I’m a 22 myself, and I love reading about the “big girl” getting the hot man.  Way to go, April!!

I highly recommend this book.  It’s the first in a new series (Shifters-Match.com), and it’s great to get in on the ground floor.  I think you’ll be very pleased with it.  I was.
