Reviewer’s Thoughts

As always, another fantastic book by Donna Grant. Even suffering from lack of sleep because I could not put this down, I can say with certainty that this book is a keeper. Grant’s got a special way of drawing the reader in and making them believe that even as we speak, Dragons live and are watching over humanity.

For those not familiar with Grant’s work, Burning Desire is part of the Dragon King series. The story line is progressive. Although each book focuses on a different Dragon King, the basic story line is the same. They are centuries old Dragon Kings and their job is to protect humanity. The war between Light and Dark Fae started with the first book and continues a bit with every subsequent book. So although it is well written you do need to have read the previous books in the series to fully enjoy this book. Grant keeps us guessing at the outcome until the very end. After finally reading the conclusion all I can say is Burning Desire does not disappoint.

Dragons live and they’re always watching over us.
