Graduate student Chelsea Barrows is alone in the world, but determined to finish her degree and have a career. When she finds an erotic painting in the basement of a building on campus, it draws her into a mysterious alternate universe where kingdoms are at war, and three charismatic princes choose her as a sex slave.

Roland, Archer, and Denver are three princes of an elite ruling class descended from one of Ashdown’s true kings. They use the magick of the erotic paintings discovered centuries ago to lure women into their world for their unique sexual perversions. But as they take what is their birthright from Chelsea, the men lose their hearts to her in the process.

When Chelsea is kidnapped after a plot to kill the women from her world is uncovered, the princes must rescue the woman they love before they lose her forever.

Oh Tara!Β  You know how to make me happy.Β  I’m already loving the “Portraits of Submission” series, and then you give me “Chelsea’s Chastisment” to not only seal the deal, but kick it all up a notch.

I’m a big menage fan.Β  It’s no secret, but when you throw an extra hot guy into the mix?Β  WHOOHOO!!!Β  It’s like Christmas morning!

Chelsea finds herself attracted to a straing painting in the basement of the university she’s attending.Β  She brings it back to her room and watches as the painting begins to change.Β  She’s drawn to it, but soon, she’s drawn INTO it.Β  She finds herself in a palace where three of the most gorgeous men she’s ever seen…princes even…claim her as their sex slave.Β  Now, don’t think that when I say “sex slave” that I mean the kind where she’s trapped alone in a room waiting for the men to come and get her when the urge strikes.Β  She BELONGS to them, but that means that they protect her, take care of her, and make love to her in the most wonderful ways possible.Β  Roland, Archer, and Denver take her to unimaginable heights of pleasure.Β  They have certain…ummm…proclivities that Chelsea’s always fantasized about but never tried.Β  The chemistry is instant, and the sex follows very quickly, but it’s not overwhelming.Β  It feels natural that they are intimate right away.Β  She feels comfortable with them, AND comforted by them.Β  Imagine how it would be if you turned up in a totall different place, and learning that you’ve traveled through a worm hole to get there.Β  It would be frightening.Β  The men do their best to calm her and explain everything to her.Β  They don’t lie or sugar coat it.Β  To me, that was (other than the sex, of course) the best part of the story.Β  They are completely honest with her, and they even explain other options that she could take.Β  However those options could be very dangerous, and they tell her why.Β  She makes her own decision here.Β  There was no force at all.

Now, I mentioned sex.Β  It’s over the top awesomesauce (Wink, wink, Tara)!!Β  I do have to tell you, though, that it’s a bit more BDSM-ish than the past two books in the series.Β  That is most certainly NOT a bad thing.Β  I just like to have readers be aware of the use of floggers, paddles, bamboo canes, cuffs, chains, nipple clamps, and triple penetration.Β  That way, they’re not surprised, and they can just sit back and enjoy it…because it IS enjoyable.Β  I’m talking nuclear panty dropping, but it’s also very sweet.Β  The guys always make sure that Chelsea is enjoying herself.Β  She has a safeword and can use it at any time.Β  She doesn’t feel pressure to do anything she doesn’t want, and it’s oh so sexy.

Along with the great characters and fantastic sex, there is an excellent plot.Β  There is mystery and intrigue at the palace and the surrounding kingdoms.Β  Nobody knows who to trust, and that makes for some very tense moments.Β  “Chelsea’s Chastisement” can be read as a stand alone, I suppose, but I do recommend that you start with “Abigail’s Acquiescense”, then “Brenna’s Bondage” before you jump right in with Chelsea.Β  Just remember…alphabetical order πŸ™‚

I think you’ll be pleased with this story.Β  It’s got a little of everthing that, when put together, make for one fast paced and exciting ride.
