Reviewer’s Thoughts:

We have the story of a woman who was hurt by a man, who thinks she’s helping others by creating a blog in which other woman can comment on the men who do them wrong and hopefully help them steer clear. Β Unfortunately for Nadia, she meets her match when Ethan Rush decides two can play at this game and creates his own website to discount the information on Nadia’s site and reclaim his good name.

Nadia and Ethan’s relationship proves what happens when you believe everything that read. Β Ethan’s reputation is trashed on Nadia’s web site, by what appears to be multiple woman. Β Without doing any kind of fact checking, Nadia assumes that what’s being written about Ethan is fact and uses that to base her opinion about him…even after she finds herself falling for him while on their dates. Β One would think Nadia might start changing her opinion about Ethan, but she doesn’t. Β It just drives her to prove he’s everything that was written about him….even if that means violating the company policies she helped write.

Nadia wasn’t a woman that I liked very much. Β She vowed men were just like the man that stole her virginity in college. Β She took other people’s opinion as fact and wouldn’t change her opinion even when it’s proven that what someone stated was wrong. Β And she had a hard time reconciling that some of the bad things that happened to her were her own fault. Β While she eventually got to a better place, it was really hard to connect with her as she went down the path to prove that Ethan was a womanizer.

While there was some truth to the things stated about Ethan, he was a man who was trying to ensure he wouldn’t end up like his father and failing those that loved him. Β Is that excusable to being a serial dater, maybe. Β But really all it took for him to end his “evil” ways was to find the right woman.

While a bit predicable, it was a cute read with moments that will have you laughing as Nadia and Ethan try to outdo each other via their blog posts.
