Reviewer’s Thoughts

I really enjoyed this book, it had a bit of everything and the characters were fantastic.  It really caught you right from the first page and kept you captivated and waiting to see what would happen next.  Written in a straight forward style with lots of entertaining dialogue between all of the characters.

First there is Michelle and Kyle, while Michelle is a considerate, beautiful and talented actress and one of the hottest new stars in Hollywood her husband who is also an A list Actor is a complete self centred jerk.  They couldn’t be more different than each other and Kyle makes you want to root for Michelle to win any battle between the two that much more.

David is an up an coming actor and is on set filming with these two troubled stars.  David is not sure what exactly he wants to do when he is finished acting in his latest movie until he meets Shaunna, a sweet and sassy publicist who’s father is well know in the hollywood scene.  I love how the two secretly want each other in the beginning, then David comes to her rescue early on in the book and the two make a connection and then the drama starts.

David and Shaunna are made to endure many tests to their blossoming and new relationship and being in the spotlight in Hollywood does not make things very easy for either of them.  There are so many obstacles placed in the path of their relationship that I sometimes wondered if they would make it or not.  Never knowing what to expect next the author did a great job of keeping me in suspense until the very end of the book.  The intimate scenes between David and Shaunna were written really well and the chemistry was perfect.

I was happy with the ending, and even though I kind of felt sorry for Kyle he definitely got what he deserved.  I laughed a lot and was drawn into all of the drama that the characters experienced.  This was a really good love story with a very happy ending.  I would definitely recommend this book!
