A sizzling new actress on the rise. A mega-hot action star’s career in free fall.

Jackson Cruise is super hot, super successful, and his movies have made billions at the box office. But when the paparazzi photograph him kissing another man, Jackson’s true sexuality quickly comes into question in ways that might destroy his career.

Start the damage control now.

Enter emerging actress Sienna Jones, who is offered millions to become Jackson’s new girlfriend. Sienna decides to take the job and fake it, and before long, her star starts to rise as her and Jackson’s fake relationship begins to trend on Twitter.

All while the actor’s hunky security guard, Austin Black, looks on at Sienna in lust.

As Sienna and Austin become friends—and then a whole lot more after one steamy night of passion—the question is simple: How long can Sienna continue to fake it when she realizes that she’s falling in love.

With Christina Ross’ gift for delivering romance, humor, wit, and characters you’ll love and never forget, Faking It will leave readers swooning until the last page is turned.

What would you do if while involved in a fake relationship, you fell in love with someone else.  That is what happens to Sienna Jones when she agrees to be Hollywood action superstar, Jackson Cruise’s pretend girlfriend. Jackson is dealing with negative publicity speculating about whether he is gay. Sienna finds herself falling for Jackson’s hot, alpha bodyguard, Austin.  From the moment Austin and Sienna meet, sparks fly but, unfortunately, they have to keep their feelings under wraps.

This story is both touching and emotional as we take a journey with Jackson, Sienna and Austin. This is not a love triangle because Jackson is gay.  He is struggling with falling in love with another man, coming out of the closet and worrying about his movie career.  I liked all the characters and felt each of their struggles.  I also enjoyed the Hollywood aspect of the story.  Seeing the way things are run in Hollywood and how everything is manufactured and nothing is what it seems. PR people make up what they think the public wants. Once a person becomes famous, their life is never the same. Their life is guided by the press, paparazzi, movie studios and PR people.

Austin is an alpha hero who longs for Sierra.  He is a body guard and considered the best in Hollywood. Sierra is a rising star in Hollywood where any attention is good for her career.  Sierra is a down to earth, nice girl from Iowa trying to make a name for herself in Hollywood. I enjoyed this fun, slow burn story filled with lust and longing.
