The mysterious and intimidating lone wolf, Z, has returned to Los Lobos. Descended from a long line of gifted yet secretive shifters known as Infiltrators, his people are the spies of the shifting world, rarely seen and harder to track.
Ripley Greystone has a big problem—her pack is Alpha-less and a local coyote band knows it. The safety of her pack rides on trusting Drew, the new Alpha of the Black Hills Wolves. But, admitting the reason for needing his help isn’t something she’s quite ready to do.
Drew senses there’s more to Ripley’s request to join his pack than what she leads him to believe. There’s only one way to know for sure—send an Infiltrator to spy on Ripley and her pack.
Forced to infiltrate her pack to discover the its hidden secrets and protect it from the coyotes determined to claim the she-wolves for themselves, Z finds more than he expects—all the while fighting the need to claim Ripley as his mate.

If you have not had the pleasure of meeting the Black Hills Pack, you don’t know what you’ve been missing.

Ever had one of those moments where you wonder what took you so long to so something? This book was one of those moments. Eastwick has been recommended to me countless times by bloggers, readers and even a few authors, yet although her books have made it to my tbr list somehow, I never managed to have enough time to pick one up and read it until now. Eastwick has given us romance with a touch of action and a look at some of our favorite Black Hills pack members.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Infiltrating Her Pack and could not put it down. Great dialogue and entertaining characters keep the story moving at a good pace. I can’t for the life of me pretend to understand the whole letter thing within Z’s pack. I would think that rather than bring them together it would serve the purpose of stripping a person of their identity. However, it seems to work for them so I guess we just have to roll with it.

As great as the main characters were, sadly my favorite moments centered more around the twins. Z is a fantastic character, but he’s intense in a very alpha like way. The twins are obviously more playful and teasing. The affection between the three of them is obvious. If you have not read any of the Black Hills Pack books, I would definitely recommend them.
