Reviewer’s Thoughts

I absolutely love Terry Spear. She is one of my very favorite authors and her books always have great characters and exciting stories. What I love most about Terry Spear books is that you don’t have to read her series books in order to understand what’s going. They work as standalones as well as in series reading order.

While I love Terry’s wolves, I was worried if I’d like her cats just as much. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the whole book. I loved the excitement, the many chases and hunts, the interaction between siblings, the feral, almost animalistic sex scenes, and an appearance by a previous character from the Heart of the Wolf series! I was so happy to read about this person again! I loved the end of the book where we were introduced to new characters that I am very much looking forward to reading as the series continues!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t love about this book. Terry Spear is an excellent story teller who captivates with excitement, danger, humor, and love. I do have a confession to make. Although I love her jaguars, I love her wolves more! Great book!

I am a lover of alpha males with dirty mouths, strong heroines putting alpha males in their place, and the Chicago Blackhawks. I'm a proud hockey mom who can often be found at the hockey rink cheering on my favorite forward, with my kindle close by.
