They hide their true nature from the world—part man and part animal—sworn to defend the human race against the untamed beasts among them…
She was his first love, his only love. But trying to rescue his beautiful Ary from captivity is one wild risk no man should take. Luckily, Nick Delgado is no ordinary man. His work in the urban jungle as a high-powered litigator has only fueled his ferocity, enflamed his passion—and sharpened his claws—to protect his mate.
Ary is a born healer who has devoted her life to the tribe—and her heart to Nick. But when the fierce  and sadistic Sabar turns his jaguar eyes upon her, Ary becomes the unwilling pawn in a deadly game of shifting alliances. One man wants to use her talents to enslave humanity. The other wants to free her from their natural enemy. If Nick hopes to save Ary, he must unleash the beast within—and fight for the woman he loves…

Reviewer’s Thoughts:

Sex, drugs and sexy shifters in the big city, the only thing missing here is the rock and roll. When shifter Curandero, Ary Severino is captured by drug dealing rogue shifters it is up to her long lost mate to rescue her before it’s too late. Dominick Delgado ran away from Ary once, thinking it was for the best, now he is the only one who can find her and save her life. Who knew sexy shifters hid behind the civility of suits and the banality of law degrees?
Book two in the Shadow Shifters series, Seduction’s shift does a phenomenal job of keeping the reader who has not read the first book in the series involved and up to date on the characters. The intricacies of the character relationships are such that you never once feel lost. Although I am betting that for optimum enjoyment it would be best to start with book one, my enjoyment was not the least bit lessened for having started this series with book 2. And start a series I did! I was hooked with the characters from the very first page. Arthur never gives you a chance to get bored or develop a feeling of complacency in the story. Non-stop action makes up any time not revolving around the complicated love/hate relationship between Ary and Nick.
I did find the heroine’s name quite humorous. I’m not sure how it’s pronounced, but there had to be a better choice than Aryiola. Every time I read the name I kept hoping that the way I was pronouncing it in my head was wrong. That would be a cruel thing to do to your child.
With secondary characters so strong you can’t wait to find out who will be the main protagonists in the next book, this is a series you don’t want to miss. Me? I’m off to buy book one… I need to know the story behind Rome and Kalina.

It is a testament to an author’s skill with words when a reader’s first action after turning the last page is to rush to check when the next book in the series will be released. Oh, and Ms. Arthur? That last chapter? You are an awful tease!
