To be honest, I worried about this book as I got started with it, but I was so glad I stuck with it. Wedded Bliss is part of the Worthington series, but I didn’t have any trouble enjoying it by itself once I got past the slightly slow start.
The cast of characters is entertaining and the premise behind the story unique. Bliss and Morgan are both easy to like and root for as they sort out the truth behind their unusual marriage. Light intrigue in the form of a nefarious uncle and an amazing secondary cast round out this well-written story.
I enjoyed the author’s portrayal of the female cast. She allowed them to be strong characters who were smart and creative while maintaining their femininity and living within the bounds of their society. Add in a few surprises along the way and I was left with a story that made me want to read more by this author.
