I'd dated his brother.
He didn’t remember and I wish I could forget.
I may have sworn off the Wright family a long time ago. But when I returned home, Jensen Wright crashed into my life with the confidence of a billionaire CEO and the sex appeal of a god. Even I couldn’t resist our charged chemistry, or the way he fit into my life like a missing puzzle piece.
Too bad he’d forgotten the one thing that could destroy us.
Because Jensen Wright doesn’t share. Not with anyone. And if his brother finds out, this could all go down in flames.
When it all was said and done, was he the Wright brother?

I will admit, when I read the blurb for this one I wasn’t sure how one brother dating the other brother’s ex-girlfriend was going to work out. But K. A. Linde managed to make this work and had me rooting for Emery and Jensen from the moment the two of them see each other.
Emery has a history with the Wright family. She’d sworn them off after having her heart broken by her high school boyfriend, Landon. But soon after moving back home to Lubbock, Tx she finds herself once again in with a Wright brother. Except, this time he’s the right one.
So much should have been wrong about these two characters being together. The fact that Jensen didn’t remember his younger brother’s girlfriend of two years probably could have said it all. But when Emery and Jensen come together the sparks made it impossible to ignore. Sprinkle in the fact that they understood and supported each other it was hard not to want them to be together. Jensen’s past reared it’s ugly head, but when push came to shove it was Emery who stood by Jensen’s side.
This was a great start to the Wright series. I’m so looking forward to Landon and Heidi’s story (especially since Heidi is Emery’s best friend). If you’re looking for a smart, sexy, fun read this is definitely one to pick up.
