Reviewer’s Thoughts

Liz is super shy and decided to get help from Fated Mates, Inc. to find a date. They promise a match within three dates so she should be excited right? Well, if she could quick ducking into the bathroom to recover from a panic attack, she just might.

As Liz makes her way through the door into an ordinary waiting room, she’s given a clipboard with some paperwork to fill out. Do they really need to know her favorite positions and sexual preferences?? Liz is called back in order to complete a face-to-face interview, but has some concerns when she’s taken to a room with a computer, lounge chair, and a virtual helmet. Just what were they going to do to her?

After the interview she meets Byte, another customer who enters Liz’s interview room by mistake. She is a little put off by the many piercings and tattoos but soon realizes he is just as awkward and shy as she is. Byte apologizes and leaves Liz alone waiting for the interviewer to come back with her interview results.

The power goes out and Liz is frightened until she hears a knock on the door and Byte’s sexy voice on the other side asking her if she has light in her room. Liz invites him in and finds herself locked in a room, in the dark, with a sexy stranger. What’s a girl to do?

I really enjoyed this quick read. I love how Liz and Byte overcame their shyness and got a little, okay a lot, naughty in the Fated Mates interview room. I also loved the little twist at the end. It’s a great filler book if you need a short, sexy read.
