Reviewer’s Thoughts

The last book in this series,Marked is probably the most anticipated. This is where it all ends. Janie is all grown up and her destiny is to be fulfilled. And fulfilling it was.

We get all the answers that we waited for. We finally see Janie and Zane meet. The meeting was bittersweet and a little awkward for me because I have known Janie since she was 4 yrs old and it was hard seeing her grown up and in an adult relationship. I felt I could not read the steamy scenes because I felt motherly towards Janie. J But I got over it, I was just happy for her, she got her  hot vamp. Zane was everything we expect an alpha to be. We also find out what other lineage Zane is and let me tell you , it was a surprise and I did not see it coming.

Mrs Zanetti finished this series with such force that it will be read again and again. She knew how to keep us captivated with all these characters and never failed to keep it exciting and hot.  There were enough twists and turns that I was gasping with surprise and fear. The only problem I see anyone having with this book is that it is the last one for the Dark Protectors. But, she finished it with a bang and dare I say a little hope for future adventures? I hope so. J
