Lincoln “Linc” has had issues of his own dealing with the loss of his buddies and part of his leg in a blast. Linc is undeterred in pursuing Autumn even though she shows him no romantic interest he doesn’t give up. Autumn is afraid to get involved with another military man fearing he will return to the war and not servive to return to her. This was a quick and enjoyable read I liked the characters and felt drawn into their lives as the story progressed. I look forward to more books by Ms. Sara Cass.
