Reviewer’s Thoughts

Straight forward and to the point, this very short story begins with a very curious Delia caring for an injured knight, Sir Nikolas.  While caring for him, Delia has taken a peek at Sir Nikolas’ most private parts as he rests, and in a brief moment of sheer curiosity, she touches him.  When she does, he awakes – and Delia flees with panic.  When she has to come back to tend to him and bring him food, Sir Nikolas exposes Delia to the pleasures of sexual desire.

From the very first page, this story dives in to its sole purpose – an erotic encounter between a knight and an innocent young woman drawn to him.  The author’s descriptive writing does not disappoint, every word dripping with sexual intensity.  My only issue, unfortunately, is that the story is much too short, cheating the reader out of a budding romance between Delia and Sir Nikolas that has the potential to really be something special.  That being said, for what the book truly is – an erotic romance – it does its job beautifully and would be a great quick read.
