Book 3 in the Marriage to a Millionaire series

 Carina Conte is all grown up now with an MBA and a new attitude she is ready to jump into her role in the family business, the only problem is her brother has assigned her to work under Max Gray. Max is Michael’s best friend the CEO of the company and the man she has been crushing on since she was a teen. Can she show him he doesn’t effect her any more and do the job she knows her brother wants her to do?

Max Gray friend of the Conte family since he was a small child has always felt like he was an outsider that no one really wanted because of the way his father left his mother and him.  Max has made his own way in the world and has worked hard to be the CEO of the Conte family’s American branch of the company. He still feels like they will never make him a partner because he isn’t really family.

Max can’t believe the awkward girl who was always following him around has turned into the beauty that he now has to work with and keep his mind out of the gutter and his hands to himself. Carina figures if she can just have a one night stand with Max she will get him out of her system and then she can move on. A conference in Las Vegas they both are attending is the perfect opportunity for that one night stand, to bad they get busted by Carina’s mama.

This takes the marriage of convince a different direction and it is my favorite of the Marriage to a Millionaire series. Carina has grown up and is gaining self confidence and she is going to take charge of her own life and she does. Max is sexy and honorable and pig headed and full of himself. The sexual tension in this book builds to an explosion in the form of one wild night in Las Vegas.  I enjoy seeing Carina blossom and Max learn to love.
