Brayden Cooper has always been lucky. It’s in his blood and in the coin that he has hanging on a leather tie around his neck. He has everything in the world he could ever want: money, a job, brothers he loves, and the luck that comes with his powers. Yet he’s empty. Everyone but him knows he loves Allison, yet it’s going to take something stronger than luck to bring them together. Allison Malone is exhausted. After the death of her abusive husband, her hell of a marriage is finally over and now she’s alone with her three children that are the center of her world. Long hours at work, plus mommy duty at home are taking its toll on her and that’s not the worst of it. Her late husband’s family is in town and they want her children.  The outsiders have secrets of their own and it’s going to take all of the Coopers, especially Brayden’s, help to save them. When trouble attacks, Allison will have to remember that she’s also a woman who needs love, and Brayden might be the one to give that to her. Warning: Contains one sexy mechanic with a lucky streak, a waitress who needs to give into her temptations, and a love so fierce it’s bound to set the sheets on fire. Again.

Reviewer’s Thoughts:

Of the many Cooper brothers, I have to admit to crushing on the seemingly clueless Brayden. Down to earth and a rock to his brothers, always there to lend an ear or willing to offer a piece of wisdom to his brothers when they met the women destined to end their bachelorhood, Brayden always seemed endearingly clueless to his true feelings for single mom Allison. But Brayden’s not as blind as his friends and family seem to think he is. He knows full well how deep his feelings run. He also knows that Allie isn’t ready for him to admit his feelings for her. She may never be, and he has come to terms with possibly spending the rest of his life alone rather than with someone that does not inspire the feelings he has for Allie. So instead he has decided to be her rock, her best friend and her savior when she admits to needing one, all the while keeping his true feelings to himself. If I didn’t have a major crush on him before, I definitely would be falling hard at the way he puts himself last for Allie and her kids. But Brayden’s no pushover. He’s willing to do what he has to do to protect what is his.

Ryan has hit it out of the ballpark with this one. Brayden is everything you want in a romantic leading man and more. Her Lucky Love may be the 4thin the Holiday, Montana series, but it’s my absolute favorite. Definitely a series worth following. The Cooper brothers keep getting better with every new book.
