How did you discover K. A. Linde?

I was going through a politician romance phase and found KA’s Off the Record series which fit that bill perfectly!

What is it about this author and their books that have your coming back for more?

What I really enjoy about KA’s books is that the journey the characters take are full of twists including in some cases long separations before they find their way back to each. The extra element of time apart and what the characters do during that time frame that helps them grow to me is fascinating. To me that brings a realism to the story that you don’t always find in romance stories. I also appreciate the different genres that K.A can write for, while the first series I read was about a politician and a report she does a great job moving into other areas – check out her most recent series All that Glitters which is very different from Off the Record and the first book is great!

What’s your favorite book of K. A. Linde’s?  Why?

I liked the second book in the series the best On the Record. This book takes the two main characters away from each other for a long period of time and then they come back together more mature and really ready to take their relationship to the next level. Especially Liz, I think she had to realize what else was out there being so young in the first book.

K.A. Linde is the USA Today bestselling author of the Avoiding series. She grew up as a military brat traveling the United States and Australia. While studying political science and philosophy at the University of Georgia where she got her masters degree, she founded the Georgia Dance Team, which she still coaches. Post-graduation, she served as the campus campaign director for the 2012 presidential campaign at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
